Honorary Degree

Honorary Doctorate Degree Program

At Bethel Christian University, we believe that true greatness in ministry is measured not by academic titles earned, but by lives transformed and communities impacted. Our Honorary Doctorate Degree Program exists to recognize and celebrate distinguished Christian leaders whose lives reflect exceptional leadership, unwavering faith, and significant contributions to the cause of Christ—both locally and globally. Grounded in the biblical mandate of 1 Timothy 5:17, “Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching,” this program affirms those whose service has left an enduring mark on the Kingdom of God.

Unlike earned academic degrees, honorary doctorate distinctions are not pursued through coursework or study requirements. Rather, they are bestowed as a mark of honor upon individuals who have already demonstrated a profound and lasting impact through ministry, Christian leadership, and faithful service. Through this program, Bethel Christian University joyfully acknowledges those whose devotion to Christ and commitment to His mission continue to inspire the Church and advance the gospel worldwide.
